What is better for imaging, CCD or DSLR?
I have a !0" reflector on a goto equatorial mount.
The 4 items I am trying to decide on are the following.
Canon 40D DSLR
Orion StarShoot II DS CCD Camera (Color)
Orion StarShoot II DS CCD Camera (b/w)
Meade DSI II
What is the best solution for deep space imaging? Are there any advantages of b/w over color or vise versa?
